Article 1: Prices

• Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
• Delivery costs are specified at the time of ordering and may vary depending on the country and carrier.
• Prices are subject to change at any time, but invoicing is based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

 

Article 2: Ordering and approval of content

• When placing an order, the customer provides their texts for personalisation.

• Any changes to the text provided initially and before approval of the proof will incur an additional charge of €10/version/medium.
• If the customer orders printed envelopes, a spreadsheet to be completed will be sent to them by email.
• A digital proof (PDF) is sent for approval before production. The average time for sending this digital proof is 4 working days. This may vary depending on the time of year.
The approved proof is final. •Any changes after approval or after sending to print will result in a new order and corresponding invoicing.
• If the customer does not respond after 2 reminders (email and telephone) and a minimum period of 14 days, the proof is considered to be automatically approved.

2.2 Responsibility for content

• The customer guarantees that they have the rights to all content provided (text, images, logos, photos, illustrations, etc.).
• The customer is solely responsible for any content that is disputed or infringes the rights of third parties.

2.3 Order verification

•The customer undertakes to check the proof before approval and to ensure the accuracy of the texts, images and options.
•The customer acknowledges that the PDF files of the proof are authoritative for the final rendering and printing.

•The images on the website (photos, thumbnails, banners) are not contractually binding and do not constitute grounds for complaint. The colour of printed items and chosen finishes may differ slightly from the digital proof and images on the website depending on the calibration of the customer’s screens.

Article 3: Production and delivery times

 

3.1 Production times

 

Order processing includes printing, finishing, binding and package preparation.

The average time for sending the digital proof is 4 working days.

Average production times are 14 to 18 days from proof approval.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the period and workload (holidays, high activity, force majeure, etc.).

Production is only launched after the proof has been approved. If the customer does not approve the proof sent by email after 2 reminders and a minimum period of 14 days, the proof is considered to be automatically approved.

3.2 Delivery

 

The customer must check the quantity, quality and conformity with the order upon delivery.

In the event of delivery by carrier, any damaged packages must be refused at the time of delivery in order for a claim to be processed.

Orders may be shipped in several packages, each with its own tracking number.

 

Article 4: Non-compliance and complaints

The customer must check their order upon receipt.
Any errors concerning the text, quantity or any element appearing on the final announcement must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
Minor variations in colour, paper or finish do not constitute a non-conformity and do not give rise to any refund or complaint.
In the event of a genuine defect attributable to Hoje & Sempre (text or photo not conforming to the approved proof), a free reprint will be made.
A refund can only be granted if the product is unusable and after it has been returned at the customer’s expense.
Legal warranty: In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. and L217-15 of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. However, minor variations in colour, paper or finish do not constitute a defect covered by the warranty.
Article 5: Payment
Available payment methods: credit cards, PayPal.
The order is only processed after payment has been validated by the bank.
All confirmed orders are due and cannot be cancelled due to the personalised nature of the product.

 

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalised or made to order.
No refunds or cancellations are possible after the order has been validated.
